Canon EOS M50 Review - Sample Images with 15-45mm Lens

            The canon EOS M50 is the best budget level mirrorless camera from canon. Now that it's been over three years. This camera came out in February of 2018. Is it still a viable option. I think it actually best for beginner photography and videography. The specs inside the camera is a 24 megapixel aps-c sensor. It has 143 autofocus points.  And also has dual pixel autofocus. The most legendary autofocus in the biz also. The camera has digital image stabilization definitely not as good as ibis but it works decently well. Video footage in 1080 you can shoot up to 60 frames per second and it looks Good.

             There is a 4k option but you lose that dual pixel autofocus and video will be crop. In 720p you get 120 frames per second. you get a mic jack. The mount on this camera is the ef mount. In this price they fill all of the needs. Fills mirrorless, 4k, autofocus flip screen, mic jack all the things that you really want. 

            Everything to be this is such a perfect hybrid camera and there's nothing in that 650$ price range with 15-45mm lens right now. Any other company that fills all of those needs. The canon sl2 can do a lot of the same things that the m50 does but then you're going to a dslr and you lose a lot of the flexibility of mirrorless. If you look at all the other brands. There's the a6000 that camera doesn't have 4k and it doesn't have great autofocus. Panasonic has of course the g7 and the g85 that shoot 4k have a flip screen but the autofocus sucks there everywhere you look there's cameras in that price range. But they don't fill all of the needs that the m50 fills and that's why to this day believe it or not three years later the canon m50 is my highest recommendation for somebody who's just starting out getting their first camera and they're wanting to do hybrid photography and videography.
